Check In Procedure:

Office hours are Monday through Thursday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Fri and Sun 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. If arriving after hours, please call resort staff at 909-337-0457 to arrange for a late arrival. If the guest does not contact the resort, the guest will not get keys to the unit and will be charged for the first night's stay.

The office is in the Executive Suites which is located above the shop named "The Pendleton Shop", located next to McDonalds in Lake Arrowhead Village
