Lake Arrowhead Chalets- F.A.Q.

1. Where are you located?
A: The check-in office is located in the Lake Arrowhead Village. The units are located about ½ mile from the Lake Arrowhead Village on Hwy. 173.

2. How far are the Chalets from the lake?
A: The nearest Lake access is ¼ Mile.

3. Are you pet friendly?
A:  Service animals only.

4. Can we bring our boat, during our stay?
A: No. Unfortunately Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. We do have a dock that you may fish or swim from.   

5. Do you have smoking rooms?
A: All of the rooms are non-smoking, but guest that wish to smoke may do so outside on the deck.

6. Is the Chalets handicap accessible?
A: Unfortunately the Chalets are not handicap accessible, but at the time of making your reservation you may request a unit with the least amount of stairs.

7. Do the Chalets have a gym?
A: No gym available on site, but there are health club facilities in the area for a fee.

8. Do you have a restaurant on-site?
A: No restaurant on site. But visit www.lakearrowheadvillage.net for dinning info.

9. Do the Chalets have high speed Internet?
A: Yes, we offer a free wireless connection.

10. We will be traveling by RV to the Chalets, is there parking for my RV?
A: There is no RV parking on the Chalets property. Due too limited parking areas.
